Abstract: Objective:To discuss the application effect of echocardiography and coronary angiography in the diagnosis of cardiac structure and function in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods:The clinical data of 89 patients with acute myocardial infarction were analyzed retrospectively. The accuracy rate of cardiac ultrasound diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction and the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)levels in patients with different degree of coronary artery disease were analyzed. Results:Compared with single vessel disease, double vessel disease and three lesions, the LVEDD level was increased gradually, and the LVEF level decreased gradually(P<0.05).Conclusion:The motion of left ventricular wall in patients with acute myocardial infarction can be observed by echocardiography, and the structure and function of the heart can be evaluated comprehensively.
