Abstract: 壳聚糖(CTS)C_2上的氨基可与水杨醛、丙酮酸和α-酮戊二酸进行Shcffi缩合反应,分别合成水杨醛改性壳聚糖(SCTS)、丙酮酸改性壳聚糖(PCTS)和α-酮戊二酸改性壳聚糖(KCTS),被取代度分别为57.2%,49.5%和55.7%.研究改性壳聚糖絮凝剂SCTS、PCTS和KCTS分别对Cu2+、Zn2+和pb2+的吸附性能.结果表明静态吸附性能KCTS>PCTS>SCTS,通过使用正交法考察金属离子浓度,吸附温度,吸附时间和溶液pH值对吸附性能的影响.其中金属离子浓度,吸附温度和溶液pH值对金属离子的去除能力影响较大而吸附时间几乎没有影响.
