Abstract: Objective: To observe and analyze the effect of continuous blood purification in the treatment of severe sepsis complicated with stress cardiomyopathy.Methods:Lottery case number 76 cases,both from in August 2013 and 2015, the hospital received severe sepsis sepsis combined with stress cardiomyopathy outpatients and inpatients,according to the principle of randomly divided divided into the observation group and the control group, and the control group (38 cases) were treated by routine therapy, observation group of 38 cases of patients based on routine therapy be continuous blood purification treatment, compared with the two curative effect.Results:The two groups of patients with treatment related hemodynamic indicators and inflammatory indicators were improved, and the observation group patients were significantly better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of continuous blood purification to treat severe sepsis complicated with stress cardiomyopathy,curative effect is remarkable.
