Comparison of the continuous flow analysis and traditional method for the determination of chemical oxygen demand in environmental water samples

Abstract: 采用连续流动分析仪和传统方法(重铬酸钾法)对环境样品中的化学需氧量进行比较测试.结果表明,CODcr标准曲线相关系数达0.999 9;对标样分析的准确度在98.7%以上,变异系数为0.32%~0.76%,检出限为3.53 mg/L,重现性良好;实际样品的测试结果与传统方法的相对误差为-4.23%~0.80%,无显著差异;实际样品的加标回收率为93.60%~103.67%.
