Abstract: This paper makes a comprehensive review of present situation and the difficulties in rural teachers ’ team construction. We also discuss the positive role and limitations of the existing solutions. Then we put forward the new research direction to improve the team construction of rural teachers on the basis of the former scholars ’ researches.
