Abstract: It is in the first place that we should strengthen the cultivation of the leading scholar for the construction of specialty for postgraduate education. With the leading of excellent scholar, the research team constantly expands the research field and do high level researches and pays attention of the development of them. These efforts will effectively promote the construction of specialty and thus provide more and better talents for the society.
