Abstract: Microelements, Mn,Ca,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mg, in the sugary almond of Taibaishan were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry ,determined the samples under the digest system of normal pressured and the reliability was tested by the standard recovery. The experimental conditions were optimized and the recovery rate was 96.00%-103.72%. It is interesting to note that the concentration of necessary microelements. The con-centration order of microelements in the prunus dulcis was Ca>Fe>Zn>Mg>Cu>Mn.
