Abstract: The HIT adoption was reorganized by the government and society, it was used for improving the efficiency of medical service, reducing costs, and promoting the quality of health care. But the trend is not meaning easy, health information sharing is not easy because of the health information complexity and the stakeholder diversity. In spite of no one size for all, but it is necessary to have a method to guild to improve the health information exchange and use the information. So the roadmap of interoperability based on standard will show up by the HIT researchers.
