Abstract: 目的研究外源性硫化氢(H2S)对肠缺血再灌注损伤(I/RI)后肠黏膜细胞凋亡的影响,为临床治疗肠I/RI的新药开发提供依据.方法以硫氢化钠(NaHS)作为硫化氢的外源性供体,将32只健康雄性Wistar大鼠分为四组:(A)正常对照组、(B)假手术组、(C)肠IR/I模型组、(D)肠IR/I+H2S(NaHS,14umol/kg)干预组,每组8只.通过HE染色观察小肠组织的形态学改变,并用流式细胞术检测肠黏膜细胞的凋亡率.结果肠IR/I+H2S组比肠IR/I组的肠黏膜损伤明显减轻,肠黏膜细胞的凋亡率也明显降低.结论在肠I/RI中,H2S能降低肠黏膜细胞的凋亡,起到保护肠黏膜的作用.
