Abstract: In this study, the author mainly aimed at in general hospital, hospital patient satisfaction survey of hospitals, in-cluding hospital service attitude, service technology, various departments and hospital canteen hygiene, four aspects of the investigation, objective point of view to understand the hospitalized patients in the hospital's overall satisfaction. A total of four hospitalized patients in general hospital in the city has carried on the questionnaire survey, questionnaires, 56, 56 recy-cling effective questionnaire. From the point of view of inpatients satisfaction survey, comprehensive hospitals in all aspects have yet to be strengthened. Hospital should pay much attention to the cultivation of staff quality, improve the overall ser-vice effect and quality of service, set up perfect service system. At the same time, is not only the medical staff to improve service quality, various departments in the hospital to do a good job of service, keep good service attitude, and to do a good job of communicating with the patient, establish a good doctor-patient relationship. Through the improvement of comprehen-sive, can truly effective improve the satisfaction degree of the hospitalized patients in hospital.%
