Abstract: 针对肌苷及脯氨酸原料药类废水CODCr、BOD5、氨氮等污染物浓度高的特点,设计了预酸化-高负荷曝气池-高效气升环流池-二沉池的高效生化处理组合工艺,并介绍了该工艺流程及其主要构筑物设计参数.运行结果表明:处理后二沉池出水CODCr的质量浓度为70 mg/L,BOD5的质量浓度为3 mg/L,氨氮的质量浓度为1.59mg/L,满足GB 21903-2008《发酵类制药工业水污染物排放标准》排放标准的要求.
