Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate curative effect by combined antibacterial agents rotational strategy for multi-drug resistant acinetobacter baumannii.MethodsThere were 256 lower respiratory infection patients during June 2012~December 2014 with multi-drug resistant acinetobacter baumannii as new strategy group, another 210 patients during January 2010~May 2012 as old strategy group. Their curative effects were observed and analyzed.ResultsThe new strategy group had obviously shorter effective treatment time and much higher total effective rate than the old strategy group, and their differences all had statistical significance (P<0.05). The new strategy group also had higher drug resistance rate in 2-line antibacterial agents than the old strategy group, while their difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05).ConclusionImplement of combined antibacterial agents rotational strategy can improve curative effect for lower respiratory infection with multi-drug resistant acinetobacter baumannii. This method can maintain the sensitivity of antibacterial agents, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
