The Integrated-innovation Development Trend of China′s Industry and Its Policy Support System

Abstract: At present, China′s industrial development is in the late stage of industrialization combined with the accelerate informa?tionization. It also has entered in a stage of the development driven by innovations, which focus on creating the new advantages in inter?national competition. Under the background of new industrial revolution, the industrial development presents a typical trend of integrat?ed innovation between information communication technology and manufacturing technology, manufacturing industry and service indus?try, real economy and virtual economy, producer and consumer. China′s current innovation, fiscal, taxation, regulatory, market envi?ronment and other policies cannot meet the needs of industrial integrated innovation. In the future, we should put guiding enterprises to strengthen technological innovation in the focus, enhance innovation investment scale and efficiency, and accelerate forming the policy support system which the main goal is the development driven by innovation, the core is the market mechanism of the survival of the fit?test.
