Abstract: 茶香气是茶品质的重要组成部分,研究茶叶香气对提升茶叶品质具有重大意义.本实验采用固相微萃取法提取梵净山翠峰茶香气,经GC/MS分析,共鉴定出25中挥发性成分,其中梵净山翠峰呈香的主要成分有芳樟醇(2.43%),壬醛(3.1%),葵酸甲酯(3.02%),顺式-茉莉酮(2.82%),反式-β-法尼烯(4.63%),月桂酸甲酯(10.43%).
