Abstract: Chinese classical poetry culture has a long history.Since pre-Qin Dynasty, the poets have created a lot of poems and a con-siderable part of them have been preserved, being an outstanding representative of Chinese traditional culture.There is not a relatively accurate number about how many poems that are survived in or before Qing Dynasty, which is a difficult problem to be solved at pres-ent.The statistical number of each writer with various genres in each dynasty by tables will undoubtedly have a positive promoting role for literature and document research in the future.
