Abstract: 目的 通过对上海市某区二级公立医院人员薪酬结构的分析,了解目前上海市二级公立医院人员薪酬结构的现状,发现薪酬结构存在的问题,探讨优化上海市二级公立医院人员薪酬制度.方法 通过调查上海市某区15所二级公立医院,收集不同科室、不同类型人员2012年的各类薪酬数据.结果 上海市某区二级公立医院人员的薪酬结构为:基本工资占10.57%,岗位工资占5.71%,津贴补贴占13.13%,社会保障缴费占10.48%,绩效工资占44.61%,其他收入占12.71%.结论 应合理确定绩效工资的比例、规范公立医院津贴与补贴的项目,医务人员薪酬有待进一步研究.
