Abstract: 采用MMS-300热力模拟试验机,研究20CrNi2Mo轴承钢在850~ 1150℃,应变速率0.01~10s-1,变形量为0.8条件下的热变形规律.结果表明:应变速率低于1s-1、变形温度在1050℃以上变形时,实验钢发生了明显的动态再结晶,其动态再结晶形核机制主要为晶界弓出.确定了热变形激活能为479.499kJ/mol以及Z参数,根据实验数据回归建立了20CrNi2Mo轴承钢流变应力方程.
