Abstract: 甘肃某电厂调速系统抗燃油两次换油后,酸值短时间再次超标.为解决此问题,研究了不同温度及油中劣化产物对抗燃油酸值的影响,并进行了不同油处理介质对劣化油的再生处理效果试验.结果表明,残存在油系统中的劣化产物对油品的催化劣化作用,是造成换油后酸值短时间再次超标的主要原因;采用选择性强极性硅铝吸附剂,可将油系统中的劣化产物彻底去除,劣化油品处理后其酸值指标优于新油标准,油品的抗老化性能明显.甘肃某电厂将在线油净化装置滤芯更换为选择性强极性硅铝吸附剂,使问题得到彻底解决.
