Abstract: Objective:To investigate the curative effect of ahylysantinfarctase in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:35cases of patients with cerebral infarction were given ahylysantinfarctase treatment.Results:10 cases were cured(28.6%);15 cases had significant progress(42.8%);5 cases were effective(14.3%).The total effective rate was 85.7%.After one course of treatment,3cases of patients had mild thrombocytopenia,with no bleeding and other adverse reactions.Conclusion:Ahylysantinfarctase in the treatment of cerebral infarction had better curative effect and less adverse reaction.
