Abstract: This study was aimed to evaluate the value and significance of acanthopanax senticosus injection in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) through the observation of acanthopanax senticosus injection combined with medication on the clinical stability of COPD with the lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome. A total of 107 cases of stable COPD with the lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome were divided into the treatment group and the control group. In the treatment group, 54 cases received conventional treatment of modern medicine plus acanthopanax senticosus injection. In the control group, 53 cases received conventional treatment of modern medicine. Finally, the differences between two groups were compared. The results showed that compared to the control group, the treatment group had statistical differences on the clinical symptoms score, lung function, ET-1/NO, and blood gas analysis. It was concluded that the acanthopanax senticosus injection combined with conventional modern medicine can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of COPD in patients at stable stage with the lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome.
