Abstract: Sun Yi-kui,Xin’an Physician,who devoted his life and dramatically skilled in medical. During his lifetime,he had three works like "Chishuixuanzhu""Yizhixuyu"and "Sun’s Medical Records",there is a door of blood syndrome in the ninth volume of his works"Chishuixuanzhu",include 13 chapters which related to clinical departments. Besides,it demonstrates specific theory and treatment on his particular way. It also has splendid discussion in his works of"Yizhixuyu"and"Sun’s Medical Records". The author summarized Sun Yi-kui’s academic feature which enrich blood and hemostasis by analysis Sun Yi-kui’s treatment of blood syndrome,pay attention to warm and tonify,careful use cold and cool. Apparently,it provide ideas for treatment blood syndrome in TCM clinic and guide TCM clinical practice.
