Abstract: Based on the training objectives of international nursing talents, this paper adheres to the "output-oriented" English teaching model, emphatically analyzing the effect of "mother tongue thinking" on higher vocational nursing students.To keep up with the trend of nursing talent market globalization, our language learning should also focus on the cultural background and way of thinking, truly realizing the cultural communication across different languages and thinking.With the influence of the"mother tongue thinking", mother tongue migration is a very complicated problem in the process of oral output. However, native language is never obstacle to learn English, we should strive to avoid its negative influence, and promote its positive effect.This would promote the reform of college English teaching, construct higher vocational English education theory system based on the nursing market globalization, and explore the realistic approach to strengthen nursing English teaching reform.
