Combined Determination Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometic Was Used to Analyze Trace Sb,Sn in Drinking Water by Hydride Generation Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

Abstract: Objective The method of the atomic fluorescence spectrometic was used to analyze trace Sb,Sn in drinking water in this paper. Methods The reducing agent was KBH4- Na OH,and the liquid was certain HCl,The content of Sb and Sn was analyzed by Hydride Generation- Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometric. Results The correlation coefficient of standard curves were greater than 0. 999,the RSD were 2. 1% and 3. 2%,the result of recovery of the method was 99. 8% ~ 102. 8%. Conclusion The result showed that the method was simple,rapid,high sensitivity and less noise. It was suitable for the united determination of Sb,Sn in drinking water,and it was practicable and applicable.
