Abstract: Objective:To investigate the diagnosis,new treatment concept and related meta analysis on heatstroke.Methods:We refer to 73 articles from both home and abroad,for second statistical analysis,in order to analysis of new theories and new developments in pathogenesis,diagnostic criteria and treatment.Results:Analysis of 5 conditions that can cause heatstroke,and compared 5 kinds of treatment methods.OR=2.44,95% CI(1.18,4.26),P=0.61.Conclusion:The new treatment concept is taken medical history as the center and differential diagnosis as the method in the diagnosis of this disease,and given comprehensive treatment on patients.
