Abstract: With social competition becoming increasingly intense and employment situation becoming severe, this program begins from the actual performance, and explores the process and method of the comprehensive quality evaluation of students. Taking Shanghai University of International Business and Economics for example, on the basis of investigation, this article seeks the deficiencies existing now and finally reaches the widely used optimization program based on SQL Server network database technology.
