Abstract: Objective:To analyze and research the clinical diagnosis and treatment of digestive system carcinoid.Methods:128 patients with digestive system carcinoid were selected.We analyzed and studied their clinical effect of diagnosis and treatment.Results:The most patients with rectal cancer among the digestive system carcinoid(51.5%),followed by the stomach,pancreas,appendix,colon,duodenum,anal and esophagus,the related manifestations include abdominal pain,diarrhea and gastrointestinal bleeding.Conclusion:Patients with digestive system carcinoid have the main features of clinical symptoms,to ensure the accuracy of clinical diagnosis,endoscopy and surgical exploration should be done.Minimally invasive surgical treatment is mainly taken,and it can achieve remarkable results.
