Abstract: Objective To analyze 1 case of Hepatitis B Vaccine( Hep B) after respiratory system symptoms and abnormal 5 apneas suspected vaccination response( Adverse Events Following Immunization,AEFI) cases in Conghua city,to evaluate Hep B vaccination work safety,safety guide future vaccine immunization work,to prevent vaccination disputes. Methods To conduct organization and descriptive analysis for field data collected cases of clinical data. Results This case is 1 vaccination after Hep B coupled viral encephalitis cases,do not belong to the vaccination abnormal reaction,is not associated with vaccinations directly,but did not rule out in the coupling reaction has cause or aggravate disease association; Because parents told children before inoculation was unwell phenomenon,the last event to give certain economic subsidies to vaccination units come to an end. Conclusions Infants and young children is a special group,this period is also the important period of the vaccine,remove familial heredity and its own constitution in congenital diseases,parents daily observation and focus on the health information before the work is to prevent and reduce the vaccine appears important means of sporadic disease; Preliminary examination and health information content recorded is to mitigate and reduce inoculation coupled disease caused by medical disputes incident effective supporting materials.
