Abstract: Objective:To compare the effect of CT and MRI diagnosis on osteonecrosis of the femoral head.Methods:130 patients whom were suspected with femoral head necrosis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 65 cases in each.Patients in the control group were received the CT examination,while patients in the observation group were received MRI examination,then all of the patients in the two groups were treated with surgical exploration,to compare the accuracy of test results between the two groups.Results:The accuracy rate of diagnosis of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The diagnosis rate on I stage femoral head necrosis of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:MRI has higher accurate in the diagnosis of femoral head necrosis.
