Abstract: Objective:To study the clinical curative effect analysis of three sub Yangyin decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of senile hypertension. Methods:78 elderly patients with hypertension 2012.04-2013.04 treated in our hospital,by drawing the rules according to the proportion of 1:1 into two groups,one group of 39 patients were treated only with western medicine as control group;a group of 39 patients using three sub Yangyin Decoction and Western medicine combined treatment as research group. Results:39 patients of group’s total efficiency is about 92.31%(36/39)than that in the control group of 82.05%(32/39),the difference has statistical significance P<0.05. Study on blood lipid,blood glucose,blood pressure group the levels improved significantly better than the control group,there were statistically significant differences in P<0.05. Conclusion:Three sub Yangyin decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of hypertension in the elderly and has more ideal effect,can effectively control blood lipids,blood glucose and blood pressure levels,should actively promote in clinical treatment.
