Abstract: Objective:To investigate the application value of tracheal intubation under the guidance of fiber bronchoscope in difficult airway.Methods:70 cases of patients with difficult airway were treated with tracheal intubation under the guidance of fiber bronchoscope.Results:63 cases had successful first insertion,the successful first insertion rate was 90%.7 cases of patients had successful second insertion after the discharge of secreta,the successful second insertion rate was 10%.Discussion:Tracheal intubation under the guidance of fiber bronchoscope in difficult airway had high successful insertion rate.
