Abstract: Objective:Research Dingxuan decoction vertebral-vertigo(phlegm in the resistance type)on cerebral hemodynamics basilar artery. Methods:68 patients with vertebral- basilar artery insufficiency were randomized into the treatment group and the observation group, the treatment group received oral medicine Dingxuan decoction;observation group flunarizine capsule treatment,a course of 15 days. Before treatment,14 days,28 days after administration TCD observed in patients after treatment of vertebral artery, basilar artery blood flow velocity changes, determine clinical efficacy in patients. Results:(1)The effective rate was 94.1% of the treatment group, the effective rate was 76.5% in the observation group,a significant difference(P<0.05)between the two;(2)14 days two basilar artery, vertebral artery blood after treatment flow-rate was faster, faster treatment group is more obvious, there are significant differences(P<0.05)between the two;(3)28 days after treatment, the treatment group basilar artery, vertebral artery blood flow velocity further increased faster in the control group, there is no significant change compared with the previous vertebral artery blood flow velocity, basilar artery was a significant difference between the two(P<0.05). Conclusion:Dingxuan decoction can increase cerebral blood flow velocity, improve cerebral circulation, effective treatment of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo.
