Abstract: Objective:To investigate the curative effect of shengmai injection combined with levosimendan in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction associated with pump failure.Methods:80 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction associated with pump failure were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with conventional therapy and the observation group was treated with shengmai injection combined with levosimendan,the curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular shortening fraction,left ventricular ejection fraction and BNP improvement in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shengmai injection combined with levosimendan could relieve the symptoms of patients with acute myocardial infarction associated with pump failure and the curative effect was better.
