Abstract: [Objective]To study the expression of Ki67 TOPO Ⅱ alpha in gastric cancer tissue and its relationship with clinic pathological parameters.[Methods]The paraffin-embedded tissues were surgical resection from one hundred and sixty patients with gastric cancer patients confirmed by pathological examination from January 2014 to July 2015.The expression of Ki67 TOPO Ⅱ alpha in gastric cancer tissue was detected by immunohistochemical method. The correlation between Ki67 TOPO Ⅱalpha and clinical pathological data was analyzed.[Results]The expression of Ki67 in gastric cancer tissues was located in the nuclei, and the positive expression rate was 78.13%.The expression of TOPO Ⅱ alpha in gastric cancer tissues was located in the nuclei, and the positive expression rate was 63.13%.The Ki67 and TOPO Ⅱ alpha in gastric cancer tissue were related to gastric tumor pathological stage, lymph node metastasis and histological grading with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The expression of Ki67 and TOPO Ⅱ alpha in gastric cancer tissues were positive correlation with clinic pathological parameters(r=0.521,P<0.05).[Conclusion]The positive rates of Ki67 TOPO Ⅱ alpha expression in gastric cancer tissue were higher, and the expression of Ki67 TOPO Ⅱ alpha in gastric cancer tissue was positive related to clinic pathological parameters.
