Abstract: 为改善沥青混凝土路面基层与面层间的黏结效果,提高路面层间的抗剪强度,通过设计扭转试验确定同步碎石封层作为下封层的扭转强度。设计正交试验分析了试验温度、乳化沥青洒布量、碎石粒径和碎石类型对同步碎石封层层间黏结强度的影响。结果表明:温度对同步碎石封层间黏结强度有显著影响,随着试验温度的升高,同步碎石封层层间扭转强度和扭转角迅速降低;乳化沥青洒布量宜为1.8g/m2,以保证层间扭转性能,同时提高抗变形性能;采用玄武岩碎石,其粒径宜选择7~9.5mm,同步碎石封层层间黏结效果将达到最佳;各因素对同步碎石封层扭转强度影响程度的大小顺序依次为:试验温度、乳化沥青用量、碎石粒径和碎石类型。
