Abstract: The asphalt pavement vibrates from the work of vehicle load and gravity.A piezoelectric energy harvester of hexagon multiple cantilevers is proposed for savaging pavement vibration energy.The finite element model of the harvester and the asphalt pavement interaction is built.The effects of buried depth on pavement deferment,electricity generating capability and maximal stress value are analyzed.The proper buried depth of the harvester is about 30 mm beneath the ground.The electricity generating capability of the harvester with buried depth of 40 mm is analyzed.The effects of structure parameters on the electricity generating capability are obtained.The output voltage about 64.442 Vcould be obtained from a single cantilever buried 40 mm under pavement at the vehicle load of 0.7 MPa.Electric energy0.047 mJ can be got.The output power is about 0.705 mW at 15 Hz vehicle load frequency.
