Abstract: With the continuous development and progress of modern education,higher vocational education has gradually become the main driving force for the cultivation of skilled and integrated talents. The past teaching management model of higher vocational colleges can not meet the demands of education development. The innovation and development of teaching management mode has a positive influence on promoting economic development and social progress. This paper aims to analyze the problems existing in the process of teaching management in higher vocational colleges in China,based on which the necessity and measures of the innovation of teaching management mode will be elaborated.
