Abstract: Objective: To explore the influence of hemoperfusion(HP) combined with hemodialysis(HD) on inflammatory factors and homocysteine(Hcy), para thyroid hormone(PTH),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG) in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF). Methods: A total of 98 patients with CRF, who were admitted to Guang’an People’s Hospital from October 2012 to September 2014, were selected and randomly divided into HD group(n=49) and HP plus HD group(n=49). The two groups were treated with the corresponding therapy. The serum inflammatory factors(IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, CRP, TNF- α and PCT) and Hcy, PTH, β2-MG levels 1 month, 2 months and 3months before and after treatment in the two groups were detected and statistically analyzed by professional doctors. Results: Compared with before treatment, the serum inflammatory factors and Hcy, PTH, β2-MG levels in the two groups decreased 1 month, 2 months and3 months after treatment, while the above indexes at all time points in HP plus HD group were significantly lower than those in HD group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: HP combined with HD has a better effect than HD alone in the treatment of patients with CRF, which can obviously reduce the serum inflammatory factors and Hcy, PTH, β2-MG levels, it has an important guiding significance in the clinical CRF treatment.
