Abstract: As one of the most important members of the Wnt family, Wnt10 b plays an important role in the growth, development and maintenance of the animal’s villi through the classical WNT signaling pathway,and it is helpful to reveal the influence mechanism on the fineness, density,length, S/P of the gene by studying the expression of Wnt10 b in the hair follicle development cycle. This research introduces the discovery, molecular structure, regulation and control mechanism, biological function of the wnt10 b gene and its mechanism in the animal hair follicle growth and development, and providing the theoretical basis for the future improvement and improve the quality of the animal hair.Therefore, this research privoded a new direction in animal hair follicle and growth cycle.
