Abstract: 首先分析影响企业效益和客户满意度的主要因素,以费用最小与客户时间满意度最大为目标函数建立空车调配优化模型.最后运用遗传算法对算例进行求解,得到最优空车调配方案,结果证明该优化模型具有一定的可用性.
