Abstract: Whether the form of composition or the construction of meaning, communication and dialogue are inextricably linked. As an important form of information transfer, dialogue has an unique formation mechanism in the communication context. This article attempts to analyze the meaning of communication, from the point of communication, and discusses the demand of establishment for equal and sincere dialogical relationship under the new media.
