Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of stroke depression line nursing intervention, and evaluate its application value line.Method Selected from January 2013 to December 2013, our hospital 79 cases of patients with depression after stroke as the research object, were randomly divided into control group (39 cases) and group (40 cases). The control group given medication, give nursing intervention on the basis of the team in the control group. Compare two groups of patients with the score and the markedly effective rate.Results Team Barthel index (BI) score, Fugl-meye limb movement function (FMA) score, nerve function defect score (NIHSS) scores, Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) scores were better than control group, with significant difference (P<0.05); Group markedly effective rate (95.00%) is significantly higher than the control group (79.49%), with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention in patients with depression after stroke, can effectively improve the patients' symptoms, to improve the cure rate, worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
