Abstract: Cesarean section has been one of the most effect ways of resolving the diffcult labour and obstetrical complications to save puerperae and babies. However, the range of cesarean section indication being wide, the rate of cesarean section increases rapidly in our country. Cases of cesarean section in our hospital has been analyzed. Fetal distress, pregnancy complications and social factors play a dominant role in the increasing rate of cesarean section.
