Abstract: 采用插销试验的方法研究不同贝氏体含量的12Cr1MoVG钢对再热裂纹敏感性的影响,结果表明在试验温度范围内,两种原始组织状态不同的12Cr1MoVG钢随着试验温度的升高,其临界断裂初应力呈现先下降后上升的基本趋势,原始组织状态为铁素钵+贝氏体组织的12Cr1MoVG钢的再热裂纹最敏感温度高于原组织粒状贝氏体组织+少量铁素体的再热裂敏感温度.
