Abstract: 研究了不同碳源(葡萄糖、果糖、可溶性淀粉、蔗糖、麦芽糖和乳糖)、氮源(硝酸钾、硫酸铵、尿素和硝酸铵)、C/N(40:1、20:1、8:1)、pH值(5.0、6.0、6.5、7.0、7.5、8.0)及温度(24、26、28、30、32、34、36℃)对油茶根际解磷菌6-Y-09溶磷能力的影响.结果表明:以葡萄糖为唯一碳源时解磷菌6-Y-09表现出最强的解磷效果,溶磷量达201.51 mg/L;以尿素为唯一氮源时,解磷菌6-Y-09表现出最强的解磷效果,溶磷量达215.43 mg/L;解磷菌6-Y-09最佳C/N为20:1,最佳pH值为7.0~7.5;另外,解磷菌6-Y-09在28~30℃时表现出最强的解磷效果.
