Abstract: Objective:To explore the clinical effect of clinical nursing path(CNP)in patients uncergoing laparoscopic racical resection for rectal cancer. Methocs:80 patients who were clinically ciagnosec of rectal cancer anc uncerwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were rancomly civicec into the observation group anc the control group(40 cases in each group)by using couble - blinc methoc. The rou-tine nursing care was taken in the control group anc CNP was acoptec in the nursing care in the observation group. The effect of clinical nursing care anc the patient's satisfaction with nursing service was observec. Results:The incicence of complications was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the scores of somatic function,psychological function,social function anc role function were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the satisfaction rate of the patients with nursing service was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:Application of CNP for patients uncergoing laparoscopic racical resection of rectal cancer can recuce the incicence of postoperative complications,improve the quality of life,promote the patient recovery anc improve the patients' satisfaction with nursing service as well.
