Abstract: 产水气井井底积液会给气田及气井本身带来严重的危害,准确诊断气井的积液情况是把握排水采气措施实施的关键.但苏里格气田气井多采用井下节流方式进行生产,常规方法已经不能准确用于其积液深度计算.为此,本文将节流动态模块套入井筒压降系统,采用流动气柱法从井口油压向井底计算压力,采用Ansari流态模拟法从井底向井口计算两相流压力,两种方法的交汇点计算气井积液高度,并在泡沫排水的携液能力、消泡、破乳等问题上,提出积液高度对泡沫排水工艺实施的指导.
