Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on perioperative period of fracture in children. Methods From February 2014 to June 2015,70 cases of pediatric patients with fracture were divided into the observation group and the control group,35 cases in each group. Two groups were given routine nursing. The observation group was additionally given traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention. Postoperative recovery time and treatment effect were compared. Results Postoperative recovery time in the observation group was( 14. 7 ±4. 1) d,which was shorten than( 22. 4 ± 5. 1) d in the control group( P < 0. 05); the total effective rate of the observation group was 91. 4%,significantly higher than 71. 4% of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of TCM nursing intervention in children with fracture can get good effect,shorten the treatment time and improve the prognosis,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
