Abstract: <正>黑芝麻250克,生姜50克,冰糖250克,蜂蜜100克。将蜂蜜入锅蒸熟,加入冰糖,混合调匀;生姜捣烂,用纱布包扎绞汁;黑芝麻炒熟,用粉碎机磨碎,与生姜汁拌和,再炒,放冷,与糖蜜混合调匀。每日早晚各服1汤匙,数日后见效。
