Abstract: To improve the practicality and convenience of intelligent electric rice cooker,the usability evaluation technology is used to study the display control interface of intelligent electric cooker. According to the characteristics of Chinese consumers and intelligent electric cookers,by means of studying the product interface usability theory. On the index system,the G1 method is applied to define weighting coefficient of all evaluation index. The establishment of the evaluation index system provides scientific basis for the evaluation of intelligent electric cooker display and control interface,and guides the design and redesign of the intelligent electric cookers display control interface in the future.
