Evaluation on the Process Optimization of Weibei Oilfield Wastewater Treatment

Abstract: Chang 3 Reservoir in Weibei Oilfield is a typical of extra low permeability reservoir and it needs to find out an economic and effective recycling wastewater treatment process to alleviate the water demand of water flooding development and to reduce adverse effects to the environment.Through the analysis and comparison of the characteristics,treatment effects and adaptability of different wastewater treatment processes,microorganism and membrane treatment process was adopted for the wastewater treatment of Chang 3 Reservoir.The contact oxidation process was optimized as biochemical treatment process and the optimal ultrafiltration,tubular membrane assembly and PVDF membrane materials were chosen for membrane processing device.Laboratory experiments showed that the suspended solids content,oil content,SRB,TGB,IB of wastewater treated by the process were respectively less than 1 mg/mL,1.2 mg/mL,10 unit/mL,100 unit/mL,100 unit/mL,which fully met the requirements for extra low permeability reservoir in the standard "Water Quality Standard and Practice for Analysis of Oilfield Injecting Waters in Clastic Reservoirs"(SY/T 5329—2012).The operation cost of the main process is2.08 yuan/m~3,which is decreased by 50.5%compared to the traditional treatment process.
